1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context clearly requires otherwise:

• "poa888" refers to the online gaming and betting platform operated at the domain poa888.cam, including all associated services, software, and content provided therein.
• "Platform" means the website, mobile-optimized interface, and any related applications through which poa888 delivers gaming services.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses the poa888 Platform.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on the poa888 Platform.
• "Wager" / "Bet" / "Stake" means a sum of real-money funds placed by a Player on any sporting event, casino game, lottery, or other game of chance offered through poa888.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager on eligible games before Bonus Funds or related winnings may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process required under these Terms before a Player may deposit, wager, or withdraw funds.
• "WIB" refers to Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the standard operating time zone applied by poa888 to transaction processing and customer service hours.
• "IDR" / "Rp" refers to Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency accepted for deposits and withdrawals on the poa888 Platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

To be eligible to register and use the poa888 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are an individual, not a corporate entity or automated agent.
• You are a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age.
• You hold a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) and are able to provide a clear photograph of the document upon request.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, consultant, or close family member of a person employed by poa888 or any affiliate.
• You are not self-excluded from gambling on this Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by local law at the time of play.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative for any third party.

poa888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within seven (7) calendar days of request may result in temporary Account restriction or closure.

3 Account Registration & KYC

3.1 Registration

To use poa888 services, you must register a personal Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian National ID number, valid email address, and active mobile phone number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if it changes.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on the poa888 Platform. Maintaining duplicate accounts—whether under the same or a different identity—constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Upon discovery, poa888 will close all duplicate accounts and may permanently ban the player from the Platform. Winnings generated from duplicate accounts will be voided and forfeited.

3.3 KYC Verification Requirements

Before a withdrawal can be processed—and upon poa888's request at any time—Players must complete identity verification by submitting:

• A clear, legible photograph of the front and back of their Indonesian KTP (National Identity Card);
• Proof of address, such as a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the past three (3) months;
• A selfie photograph clearly showing the Player holding their KTP alongside their face.

poa888 will process KYC submissions within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours on business days (WIB). Players will be notified by email upon successful verification or if additional information is required.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. poa888 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify poa888 support immediately. poa888 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized Account access caused by the Player's failure to maintain credential security.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

poa888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and the following e-wallet providers: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All payment accounts used must be registered in the Player's own legal name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Transactions

• Minimum Deposit: Rp 10.000 IDR
• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 50.000 IDR
• Maximum Withdrawal per Transaction: Rp 50.000.000 IDR (subject to VIP tier)

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

These timeframes are estimates. Actual processing times may be affected by banking system maintenance, interbank network congestion, or unforeseeable technical issues. poa888 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

poa888 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions are monitored in accordance with internationally recognized AML standards. poa888 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions and to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where legally required.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

poa888 offers various promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, referral rewards, and VIP incentives. All bonus offers are subject to these General Terms as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is announced. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. Players must wager the required multiple of the bonus amount on eligible games within the stated validity period. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity period will result in the automatic expiry and forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 Game Contribution to Wagering

• Slot games: 100% contribution toward wagering requirements
• Live casino (baccarat, blackjack, roulette): 10–20% contribution (varies by game)
• Sports betting (single bets with odds ≥ 1.50): 100% contribut ion
• Sports betting (odds below 1.50): 0% contribution
• Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery): 50% contribution

5.4 Bonus Abuse

poa888 strictly prohibits any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk (such as hedging or arbitrage), or colluding with other Players to exploit promotional offers. poa888 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings, suspend accounts, or pursue recovery of funds where abuse is detected.

5.5 Welcome Bonus Eligibility

The Welcome Bonus is available to new Players only, on their first deposit made after Account registration and successful KYC verification. The bonus is credited automatically to the Player's Account upon qualifying deposit. A Player who previously held an Account on poa888 under any name or identity is not eligible for the Welcome Bonus.

6 Betting & Game Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on poa888 are subject to the specific market rules displayed at the time of bet placement. poa888 offers betting markets on a wide range of events including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup qualifiers, and AFF Championship matches involving Timnas Indonesia. Odds displayed are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and a bet reference number is issued, the odds are fixed.

Bandar bola (Indonesian-style football pool betting) markets follow standard Asian handicap and over/under rules as displayed per market. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to win; a void selection reduces the accumulator by one leg at the applicable odds.

6.2 Live Casino

Live casino games, including baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and sic bo, are operated by qualified live dealers via real-time video stream. Game outcomes are determined by physical card draws, dice rolls, or wheel spins respectively. In the event of a technical disruption during a live casino game hand, the round will be voided and stakes returned unless a clear result was determined prior to the disruption.

6.5 Void Bets & Cancellations

poa888 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds, on markets opened in error, or where evidence of match manipulation exists. Players will be notified of any bet void and stakes returned to their Account balance within twenty-four (24) hours.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the poa888 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing restrictions;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes in any game or betting market;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of corruption in relation to sporting events offered on the Platform;
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial purpose;
• Impersonating another Player, poa888 staff member, or any other person;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward poa888 staff or other Players via any support channel;
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or any other method to mask your true geographic location for the purpose of circumventing eligibility requirements.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the poa888 Platform—including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials—is the exclusive intellectual property of poa888 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any element of the poa888 Platform without prior written authorization. Unauthorized use of poa888 intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

9 Limitation of Liability

9.1 Platform Availability

poa888 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, unforeseeable technical failures, and third-party service disruptions may cause temporary unavailability. poa888 will not be liable for losses arising from Platform downtime unless directly caused by poa888's gross negligence.

9.2 Financial Losses from Gambling

Gambling involves financial risk. poa888 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by Players as a result of wagering activity on the Platform. Players acknowledge that they participate in betting and gaming activities entirely at their own risk and with full understanding that losses are possible on every wager.

9.3 Third-Party Services

poa888 integrates third-party services including payment processors, game providers, and live-streaming infrastructure. poa888 is not liable for failures, delays, or errors caused by these third-party systems, including bank transfer delays from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or any e-wallet provider.

9.4 Cap on Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, poa888's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds currently held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises.

10 Privacy & Data

poa888 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key principles of our data handling include: data is collected only for legitimate operational purposes; data is not sold to third parties for marketing; KTP and identity documents are stored on encrypted servers; and Players may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting our support team.

11 Amendments to These Terms

poa888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect.

Continued use of the poa888 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to initiate account closure and withdrawal of any remaining funds.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

12.1 Governing Framework

These Terms & Conditions are governed by internationally recognized principles of commercial contract law. poa888 operates under an internationally registered gaming license and adheres to the standards required by that licensing authority. Nothing in these Terms limits the statutory rights afforded to Players under applicable consumer protection legislation.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between a Player and poa888 regarding any aspect of these Terms, the Player must first submit a formal complaint to the poa888 customer support team. Our team will acknowledge the complaint within forty-eight (48) hours and aim to provide a resolution within fourteen (14) business days.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through our internal process, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration conducted in English by a mutually agreed independent arbitrator. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Class-action arbitrations are not permitted.

12.3 Limitation Period

Any claim or cause of action arising from use of the poa888 Platform must be filed within twelve (12) months of the date on which the claim arose. Claims filed after this limitation period will be time-barred and dismissed.
